域名注册商转移

　　转移注册商是指把您在其他注册商(如:NSI)处注册的域名转到ONLINENIC INC.或XIN NET CORP.来，这样您就可以按我公司的域名年费进行续费从而降低域名的年费，并由我公司为您提供专业化的域名管理服务。

　　要转移域名注册商必须符合以下条件：
　　１、拥有该域名的所有权(you are the rightful holder of the registration for the domain name)；
　　２、与当前注册服务商之间无任何费用拖欠(you are not in default on any obligations you may owe to
                the current registrar)；
　　３、确保域名处于正常状态，与任何正在解决的域名争议及纠纷无关(you are not party to any dispute
                resolution proceeding concerning your use or registration of the domain name)；
　　４、该域名在当前注册服务商处注册已正式生效超过 60 天(your registration of the domain name
                with the current registrar has been in effect for at  least 60 days)。

　　符合以上条件的域名在向我公司递交《变更域名注册服务商申请》后，一般十天左右即可完成转入手续，转入后需缴纳一年年费。
